1. Manager cum Problem Solver

Location: Kolkata preferred (Remote possible for experienced candidates)
Type: Full-time

You’re a solution-focused, multitasking professional who can handle people, processes, and unexpected situations with calm and clarity.

Skills required:

• Communication, coordination, crisis resolution
• Documentation and decision-making
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written)

2. Public Relations and Media Coordination

Type: Full-time or Freelance (remote allowed)

We are looking for PR specialists who can connect with media houses, press outlets, influencers, and book reviewers for both digital and traditional exposure.

Skills required:

• Media and influencer outreach
• Press release drafting and distribution
• Strong industry network

3. Illustrator cum Photoshop Expert – Book Cover Designer

Type: Full-time or Freelance

Create stunning visuals and book covers that grab attention across bookstores and digital platforms.

Skills required:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Cover layout, typography, and concept art
• Strong understanding of color, mood, and genre design styles

4. Proofreader cum Editor

Type: Full-time or Freelance

We need detail-obsessed language lovers who can polish manuscripts in English, Hindi, or Bengali and ensure professional-grade output.

Skills required:

• Grammar, syntax, style, and formatting
• Microsoft Word (track changes, formatting)
• Familiarity with publishing standards and reader preferences

5. Ghostwriter – English, Hindi, Bengali

Type: Freelance

If you can bring someone else’s story to life, we need your storytelling magic. Ghostwriting projects include autobiographies, fiction, self-help, and children’s stories.

Skills required:

• Creative writing with adaptability to different tones
• Fluency in regional languages
• Good research ability and client communication

6. Animator – 2D & 3D

Type: Full-time or Freelance (Remote allowed)

Create animations for book trailers, YouTube shows, storytelling formats, and explainer content across our media channels.

Skills required:

• After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, etc.
• Storyboarding and video editing knowledge
• Familiarity with Bengali/Hindi storytelling is a plus

7. Publishing Associate

Type: Full-time

Support our publishing team with manuscript coordination, author onboarding, internal quality checks, and more.

Skills required:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace
• Knowledge of publishing workflow (preferred but not mandatory)

8. Publishing Trainee

Type: Full-time (Internship-style position)

Freshers who want to learn the A-Z of publishing — this is your chance to get hands-on experience. If you are sincere, smart, and willing to learn, we will train you.

Application Process

Step 1: Fill the Online Form

Please do not call or email us directly. We maintain a streamlined application process through a digital form. This helps us filter and respond efficiently.

Step 2: Wait for a Response

If shortlisted, we will contact you within 7–21 working days for further discussion. If you don’t hear back, you can reapply after three months.

Step 3: Screening

You may be asked to take a short assignment or attend a video interview. Based on this, we proceed with onboarding.

Application Guidelines

• Fill the correct form: separate forms for employees and freelancers
• Be honest about your experience and skill levels
• Include updated portfolio links or sample work
• Do not send attachments via email unless requested
• Be prepared to demonstrate your work or take a test task
