Cancellations if any, have to be made within 48 hours of ordering and payment. After that, no requests for refund will be entertained. Although a cancellation charge as 7.5% of the actual payment will be penalized from the refund amount. There will be no refund in case of 48 hours are over after the payment.
The composer/author/owner can withdraw the "creative work"(book or CD or DVD or e-book or banner or poster or visiting card or invitation card or study-material or research work or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work) from "24by7 Publishing" any time, if the book gets selected for print/publication by any conventional or other publishers; or for other reasons. There can be a service cancellation charge (only in some special cases) of maximum INR 2000 (if the composer/author/owner have placed the order with Indian address) or $100(if the composer/author/owner have placed the order with address outside India) for doing this; however the composer/author/owner must inform "24by7 Publishing" by e-mail, so that "24by7 Publishing" stops selling and enlisting his "creative work"(book or CD or DVD or e-book or banner or poster or visiting card or invitation card or study-material or research work or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work). There will be no case of refund from "24by7 Publishing" for the composer/author/owner withdrawing a book or withholding publication.

Books/CDs/DVDs bought at 24by7 Publishing & related websites are printed as they are ordered in most of the cases. Because of so, 24by7 Publishing does not support cancellation of orders or accept returns or provide refunds on the products sold. 24by7 Publishing does not hold the responsibility in case of any spelling, grammatical, design, information or content flaws as it supports self publishing service where authors may self publish anything they want. If the customer receives a product with some manufacturing defect (missing pages etc.), 24by7 Publishing will provide a replacement copy. Please contact us mentioning the order number , date of payment, mode of payment, photo attachment of the defect and the defect type you found to initiate the validation process. In this case, the customer should start contacting us withing 24 hours of the delivery.
